Step by step

Board in the centre: at about 18:30 — 1 h 15 min before kick-off.

  1. Get to the «Naberezhnaya Veteranov» stop: buses 11, 39 and 40, tram 5, minibus 72 — as the club lists them. Bus 39 also stops right at the arena, at the «Rostec Arena» stop, per the city timetable.
  2. Walk to the stadium along Solnechny Boulevard — about a kilometre (the green line). The club's map has a second walking route along the Paradnaya embankment, to gates 4 and 5.
  3. Find your gate: pick it above and the map shows the way. The ticket desks are by gate 1.
  4. Open the QR code in the «Gosuslugi Fan Card» app or your Gosuslugi account and hold it to the reader. No need to print the ticket.
  5. After the match, the same way back: switch the map to «Home».

Before you leave home

  • Ticket and QR code — in the «Gosuslugi Fan Card» app or your Gosuslugi account. The club suggests downloading the QR code as a PDF or taking a screenshot in advance.
  • A Fan ID for every spectator. Children up to 7 get in free without a seat, but they need a Fan ID too: a parent issues it in their own account.
  • Gate opening time — in the club's news before the match.
  • Children under 14 only with an adult: a parent or legal guardian, at every match (stadium rules, 6.4).

Where this comes from

Checked against club and city data: October 2026. Route numbers and rules change — check with the club before the match.

Taxis and the exact blocks behind each gate will come once we have walked the route on site: a wrong hint here is worse than none.
